Apartment in Buenos Aires

So, here is a link to the Apartment in Buenos Aires. http://www.waytobaway.com/index.php?option=com_estateagent&act=object&task=showEO&id=102&limit=10&limitstart=0 You have to click on the "More Photos" tab to see actual photos of the apartment. Pictures on the left side of building do not include our building. We did have a small balcony overlooking a family with two young kids. Interesting features of the apartment included need to turn gas on at wall to use stove, 80 channel cable TV including BBC World and a number of movie channels with English audio and Spanish subtitles. Homer Simpson is very popular down here.

Christmas and All Night on American Airlines

Christmas Day we successfully made the flight to NYC LaGuardia , meet Katrina and made the shuttle transfer from LGA to JFK for our next flight. Katrina seems to be doing fine....and very nice to see her. For Denyse it had been quite a while. Overnight flight in Economy was an absolutely full plane and some guy from Harvard Business School '05 who didn't learn that you really shouldn't lean your seat ALL the way back. I had about 6 inches of clearance.... I've never had much sympathy for people who complain about lack of space in an airline seat...but now I'm a believer. Arrived Buenos Aires about 11AM (which as it happens is two time zones earlier than NYC.) Through Bus/Taxi made it to apartment just in time to meet renting agent who thought we were to be there 1.5 hours earlier. Whatever...we were just 1/2 hour late. Nice apartment in great location for $290 a month. Next post to have pictures.
